Is this a secure site?

Yes. Look at the URL of this site. It begins with "https", which means this is a secure site using a SSL Certificate. All data is secured as it passes from the browser to the web server.

What happens to my card information once I place an order?

All credit card information is encrypted. Only the last four digits of the card number is visible to us. We do not hold onto any credit card information. We value safety.

Should I create an account?

Creating an account is optional and not required to place an order or browse the site. Creating an account registers you to our store and gives us a way to notify you of any promotions, new releases, sales, updates, discount codes, etc. 

How will I know my order was successfully processed?

A confirmation email will be sent out to you when order successfully process to our store. You will also see *SF SECURE CULTURES on your bank statement.

 After placing an order when will my order ship out?

All orders are filled and shipped out within 24 business hours of it being processed. Orders processed after 6pm est. on Friday will be filled and shipped within 24 hours of the next business day. Holidays are not included. You will receive an email notifying you of when your order has shipped.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. After an order is filled and shipped out you will receive an email notifying you of shipment that will contain your package tracking number.

Can I return an order?

Yes. Orders can be returned within 15 days from purchase. Items must be returned in its original package and be in same condition in which it was received. Please refer to the Return Policy located at footer of the checkout page for further details.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We ask that you try and cancel orders before it ships. Call in to us to do so. If you want to cancel after your order has shipped, please return order UNOPENED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ORDER. The returnee is responsible for shipping cost for returned orders. Refer to the Return Policy and Terms of Service located at footer of checkout page for further details.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. Exchanges work much like returns. Items must be in its original package, be returned in the condition in which it was received no more than 15 days from placing order. Please refer to Terms of Service located at footer on checkout page.
