This past Sunday I went on a road trip/business trip to Atlanta to attend the Cobb Trade Show. This was my first trade show and I can't tell you how happy I was to be able to have attended this year's event. The city of Atlanta truly showed your girl a lot of love. When I first arrived at the Convention Center in downtown Atlanta, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I was one of the many brands and manufacturers there that was asked to do an interview for the events podcast. By this being my first trade show my goal was to attend to get a feel for the way things work and to see firsthand what it took to set up there as a vendor. It is definitely something that I see me being able to do in the near future. I met some really cool people and made some major connections within the industry. I'm feeling really good about the future and the direction of the brand right now. My next business trip is to Miami at the end of May. Again, I will not be vending but I am super hyped about going and meeting new people and buyers from all over the world.
